Confirm Scope First
Food, cotton textile, craft and composite products may fall under different Fair Trade program rules. Confirm whether the product is within the relevant program scope before checking the certificate holder, supplier and purchasing records.
If the same product also uses Climate Pledge Friendly, ISCC PLUS, GRS, FSC or another sustainability label, keep a separate evidence boundary. A Fair Trade file does not replace carbon, mass-balance, recycled-content or forest-origin evidence.
Key Evidence
Prepare the supplier list, purchasing agreement, transaction records, certificate validity, batch records, label-use instructions and product-page wording.
For multi-tier supply chains, check whether the certificate holder and actual purchasing party connect properly. Where needed, add authorization, transaction-chain explanation or batch tracing records.

Before publication, review Chinese and English claims one by one to ensure they cover only the products, materials and batches supported by evidence.
