Terms of Service
This agreement constitutes a valid contract between you and GreenArk (Shenzhen) Certification Co., Ltd. ("GreenArk" or "we") regarding certification consulting services.
1. Service Scope
GreenArk provides the following certification consulting services to clients:
- Amazon Climate Pledge Friendly (CPF) certification consulting and processing
- EU CBAM reporting services
- CDP carbon disclosure guidance
- SBTi science-based target setting and validation services
- International EPD environmental product declaration certification
- LCA full lifecycle carbon footprint accounting
2. Service Process
- Needs Assessment & Solution: Both parties confirm certification objectives, service scope, and fees
- Contract Signing: Define mutual rights and obligations
- Document Collection & Review: Client provides product and company documentation as required
- Certification Execution: GreenArk completes certification services per contract
- Deliverable Handover: Deliver certification certificates and related documents to the client
3. Rights and Obligations
Client Obligations:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete product and company documentation
- Pay service fees as agreed in the contract
- Cooperate in testing, audits, and other activities required for certification
GreenArk Obligations:
- Provide professional certification consulting services per the contract
- Maintain confidentiality of client business information and data
- Keep the client informed of certification progress in a timely manner
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are determined based on certification type and product category. Specific amounts shall be as specified in the signed service contract. Fees do not include third-party costs such as certification body review fees, testing fees, or registration fees.
5. Disclaimer
Certification outcomes depend on independent review by certification bodies. GreenArk does not guarantee 100% approval. GreenArk is not liable for certification failures caused by false or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen.
