Many legacy Carbon Neutral Certified articles combine carbon-neutral claim requirements, Amazon CPF expectations, and commercial outcomes. Only the first topic can be handled through evidence. The other two require strict boundaries.
Remove fixed external outcomes
Do not present certification review, platform display, display timing, or continued visibility as fixed outcomes. A company can prepare evidence and define claims, but final eligibility and display behavior depend on Amazon and the relevant certification program rules.
Remove commercial-result language
Carbon-neutral evidence can support climate-claim documentation and customer inquiries. It should not be written as a fixed-result page-performance or business-result statement.
Put carbon credits in the right place
Climate Impact Partners’ CarbonNeutral Protocol is built around defining the subject, quantifying emissions, setting targets, addressing unabated emissions, and communicating claims. ISO 14068-1 also focuses on quantification, reduction, and treatment of remaining emissions.
Separate claim objects
Company-level evidence should not be expanded into a product-level claim. Product-level evidence should not be expanded into a whole-store claim. A logistics or packaging statement should not be written as a full product lifecycle statement.
Update legacy names
Older drafts may refer mainly to Natural Capital Partners. Current CarbonNeutral materials use Climate Impact Partners and The CarbonNeutral Protocol as the main references. Customer-facing copy should be checked against the current official materials.
绿色方舟(深圳)认证有限公司 can assist with CPF direction review, certificate-scope checking, evidence mapping, and claim-boundary wording for carbon-neutral and climate-claim files. Final eligibility, display placement, display timing, and continued validity depend on Amazon and the relevant certification program rules.
