Treat the CPC as an evidence index, not a standalone certificate
CPSC's public guidance for a Children's Product Certificate expects the certificate to identify the covered product, cite each applicable children's product safety rule and identify the domestic manufacturer or importer that certifies the product. For sellers, the practical task is to connect the product, rule, test basis, certificate and listing wording.
This page is a record-check guide only. It does not promise platform review, customs, sales, certification or enforcement outcomes. Each SKU still needs to be reviewed against age grading, materials, functions, applicable rules, test reports and importer responsibility.
Confirm product scope and applicable rules
Put model, batch, age grade, material, function and listing screenshots into one table before matching CPSIA, ASTM F963 or other applicable children's product safety rules. The product description in the certificate should be specific enough to match the ASIN or SKU being sold.
If one listing includes color, size, set or material variants, mark which variants are covered by the same test report and which ones need additional testing or explanation.
Connect lab reports and CPC fields
- Is the report from a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory, and do report number, date and sample description match the certificate?
- Does the CPC include applicable rules, test basis, manufacturer or importer, record keeper, production date/place and testing date/place?
- Do packaging, instructions, warnings and listing images stay within the certificate scope?
- Does support or sales wording avoid outcome-assured language?
Customer action checklist
Build a CPC evidence pack containing SKU list, product images, test reports, CPC, label and instruction files, listing screenshots, supplier records and responsible-party information. When fields do not match, repair the evidence or page wording before launch, ad spend or platform submission.
绿色方舟(深圳)认证有限公司 can help teams map CPC evidence trails, listing wording boundaries and supplier document gaps, without promising any certification, review, platform, customs or sales result.
