Data checked on July 28, 2026. This article is based on public Amazon Climate Pledge Friendly information, Textile Exchange standard information, and public FSC/ISCC CPF references. It is intended for document preparation and does not promise certification approval, Amazon display, review results, traffic, sales, or timing.

Why the Certificate Alone Is Not Enough

For Amazon Climate Pledge Friendly preparation, a supplier certificate is only the starting point. Sellers need to check whether the certificate scope, transaction certificate, product model, material percentage, page claim, and target ASIN actually match.

GRS, RCS, and OCS documents should not be treated as interchangeable sustainability proof. RCS and GRS relate to recycled material and chain of custody, while OCS relates to organic content. A seller should avoid turning a material-specific certificate into a broad product-level sustainability claim unless the product, batch, and wording are supported by the evidence.

Review Fields Before a CPF Submission

Recommended review fields include the ASIN/SKU list, certificate holder, scope certificate, transaction certificate or batch record, material composition, product variants, page wording, and target Amazon marketplace. If one of these fields cannot be reconciled, the ASIN should be marked for document follow-up before a CPF-related submission or page claim is made.

Greenark Review Scope

Greenark Certification (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. can help Amazon sellers, brands, and suppliers review GRS, RCS, OCS, FSC, ISCC, RWS, and related sustainability certification documents for CPF evidence-chain preparation. The work focuses on document review, evidence gap identification, and claim-boundary checks, not on promising platform or certification outcomes.
