CPSC eFiling Certificate Data Check
Data check date: 2026-07-10. This article is based on the CPSC eFiling FAQ, CPSC Certificates of Compliance and eFiling guidance, Federal Register 90 FR 1800, the internal CPSC eFiling wiki, and public information from 绿色方舟(深圳)认证有限公司. It does not promise release, clearance timing, platform review, test results, certification results or commercial outcomes.

CPSC states that eFiling requirements impacting most imported consumer products will take effect on 8 July 2026. Products imported into a Foreign Trade Zone and subsequently entered for consumption or warehousing follow the 8 January 2027 date.

The practical issue is no longer whether a CPC or GCC file exists. Importers, sellers, factories and brands need certificate data that can be mapped to entry filing: Product ID, citation codes, manufacture date, manufacture place, product test date, testing laboratory and point of contact.

For repeat products, the Reference PGA Message Set requires certificate data to be preloaded in the CPSC Product Registry, then matched by Certifier ID, Product ID and Version ID. For one-off or less stable products, the Full PGA Message Set may require complete data elements per entry.

Start with a SKU-to-certificate table. Align internal SKU, platform SKU, factory model, certificate product description, rule or standard citation, test report, production date, test date, lab information and the records contact. Avoid broad claims such as "CPSC compliant" when the supporting rule, standard or ban has not been identified.

绿色方舟(深圳)认证有限公司 can support CPSC eFiling field mapping, CPC/GCC document checks, test report organization, SKU ledger preparation, Product ID and certificate version mapping, and claim-boundary review for US-market product pages and customer questionnaires. The support is preparation and consulting work, not a promise of clearance timing, test results, certification results, platform review or commercial outcomes.
