The practical problem is not whether the seller owns a file. The problem is whether that file describes the same product object that the customer sees on the page.

Evidence checks before page wording
- Identify whether the recycled fact belongs to shell fabric, lining, trims or the finished garment as a whole.
- Match the file to the current factory, style version, colorway, size range and ASIN group.
- Check whether the page wording enlarges a material statement into a whole-product claim.
- Keep version-change triggers for fabric, lining, zipper, label, supplier and garment factory changes.

Purchasing owns the material file, product owns the garment bill of materials, operations owns the page wording, and compliance owns the final claim boundary. The review record should show what is confirmed now, what needs a qualifier, and what must wait for additional evidence.
