Before using Fair Trade USA files for Amazon CPF or sustainability copy, sellers should check whether the file set supports the exact product, ingredient, label, and SKU statement.
Brand licensing is different from producer certification
Fair Trade USA explains that brands, traders, manufacturers, processors, distributors, private labelers, and other supply-chain actors follow the Trade Standard and obtain licensing rights. Certification against Fair Trade standards happens at the production level, such as farms, factories, fisheries, or producer groups.
Check five file groups
- producer certificate or certified supply information;
- brand or trader licensing information;
- product, ingredient, packaging label, and SKU relationship;
- purchase, batch, invoice, shipment, Premium, or Minimum Price records;
- page wording and evidence mapping.
Ingredient and finished-product claims must be separated
If a seller uses a Fair Trade Certified ingredient to create a new product, repacks a product, or bundles products, label and claim rules need separate review. Ingredient evidence should not automatically become a finished-product label claim.
绿色方舟(深圳)认证有限公司 can assist with CPF direction review, certificate-scope checking, evidence mapping, and claim-boundary wording for Fair Trade USA files. Final eligibility, display placement, display timing, and continued validity depend on Amazon and the relevant certification program rules.
