Data review date: 2026-08-17. California AB1200 requires specific disclosure for cookware and bakeware that contains intentionally added PFAS. This English version follows the Chinese source and keeps the same state-law and platform-rule boundary.

What sellers should check first

Cookware sellers should not rely on a single supplier statement. The review should connect the material composition, coating, handle or accessory parts, intentionally added PFAS assessment, product label, online listing and supporting documents.

Disclosure file

If a product contains intentionally added PFAS, the online listing and physical label need to be reviewed together. Keep supplier declarations, test reports, material lists, label artwork, listing screenshots and update dates in one evidence file.

Customer action

Start with non-stick pans, baking trays, coated accessories and kitchen items sold into California. For each ASIN or SKU, record whether PFAS is intentionally added, which part is affected, and what wording appears on the label and listing.

How can help

Certification Co., Ltd. can help sellers organize PFAS disclosure evidence, label checks, supplier documents and listing wording boundaries. The service does not promise platform approval, traffic, sales, ranking or regulatory outcome.
