Vine files
Vine files should cover brand role, ASIN conditions, FBA New condition, review count on the detail page, and completeness of images and description.
CPF files
CPF files should cover certificates, tests, chain-of-custody records, material percentages, model data, packaging efficiency, climate-claim boundaries, or product data required by Amazon-created programs.
Listing claim review
Before using Vine for a product with organic, recycled, low-carbon, energy-saving, or sustainable-packaging wording, sellers should check whether the listing claim matches the available evidence and the actual product.
Feedback boundary
Vine feedback can help improve instructions, packaging information, material descriptions, and listing wording. It cannot replace third-party certifications, test reports, or chain-of-custody records.
Suggested folder structure
For the same SKU, create two folders: a Vine folder and a CPF evidence folder.
