Check Whether the Supplier Answer Is Enough

In beauty and personal care, green wording should be separated by boundary. A formula word should not be written as a certification conclusion. If a supplier only gives a picture or a simple confirmation, operations should not immediately turn it into a customer-facing selling point.

Continue asking who the certificate holder is, what product group is covered, which material or model is included, whether the current batch is within scope, and whether transaction files can match purchasing records.

Answers That Need Follow-Up

When a supplier says we have this certification, ask for certificate number, holder, and validity status. When they say the material is recycled, organic, or green, ask for percentage, component, and batch. When they say customers all write it this way, ask whether the platform, market, and page field are the same.
